S385-35 35" Series 385 Channel Balance

These are nu air windows. The numbers printed on the rod is 34 5 DW CMC 11.

In you help section I have come a cross a past customer who has the exact balances I have (see photos) and link below. I am guessing that the "37" marking may be for the window sash and glass weight. I have weighed my window sash and glass and it is ~38lbs.Please see photos and link below and let me ... (cont.)

One window balance is stamped 34 30 W. The other window balance is stamped with 29 3 FH Do you need pictures to tell me what replacements I need?

I'm looking for replacement channel balances for a NuAir window. The part is 35" long, not including the plastic parts, and is 1/2" wide. The marking on the part is 34-9 BA CMC 4.

Hi I'm trying to figure out the weight on a balance , channel reads 34 9 HW CMC 11 . it is 1/2" x 35" long and it has series 385 shoe and top. I just don't know the weight of the sash . can you help me please. thank you Travis

As shown in pictures, metal length = 35" metal width = 1/2" bottom piece measures 1 1/16" front to back, wings measure 15/16" across. top piece wings measure 15/16" across. imprinted on metal 34-12 HB5 CMC (34HP39-41) Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks, Eric R

How do i know what sash weight to buy?

Attached is a picture of a balance assembly per our conversation. The number on the balance is 34DS 42. It is 35" long. These are double insulated Windows. Can you please give me the correct information so that I can order new ones. See pictures attached. Thank you. Rose

I'm trying to determine which part number balance to replace on my Kinco window balance. The channel shows a part number of 34 9 CX CMC4. The length of the metal is 35" and the width is 1/2".

I need 2 Channel Balances marked CALDWELL 34 4 IS. The total length is 35" Your Series 385 is a match. Is this available ? What is the cost ? Richard

We have several windows that are extremely hard to open. From your site we believe we need Channel Balance number S385-35 with bottom shoe15-004 and top 19-005. Please see the uploaded photos. I want to identify my balances so I am sure to get the right part. My window is 24" x 36" x 1/4". I calculated that my window weighs about 18 pounds. My balances are marked 3420. The metal channel not including the top or foot measures 34.5". But, on the order page ... (cont.)

There were two windows that the balancers fell out of that were different widths. As such, there were two different part numbers listed. I assume one has a heavier spring even though they look the same. The windows have a "Atrium" logo on the top. The pictures are attached of the two balances. ... (cont.)

35 inches long measured on metal channel of balance. Shoe matches your 15-004 and top matches 19-005 top. Option 3450. Clips 16-002. I will try to send pictures of top & bottom.

Just the sash measures 4 ft by 3 ft. I'm having trouble identifying the ends for ordering. The markings are worn so not sure if that is correct in the subject line.
