The dimensions on my existing latch match your PN 26-384 but don't see the bottom tongue- is this my only option?

I have vinyl tilt windows that were installed before I bought my house. Some of them don't work very well, and seem to require some parts replaced. Dealing with a Certainteed single sash window. Body of tilt lock is 2-3/8" long. Mounting holes are 1-1/4" on center. Underside of tilt lock has a rail that fits into a slot on front of the sash. Please confirm this is Swisco part #26-384. If not, please suggest alternative.

Dimensions of this latch 2 3/8" length, 1 1/4" wide, 5/16" depth, pre-drilled holes are centered 1 1/4" apart.

I need the 4 pairs window tilt latch rights and lefts Then I need the plastic protection covers for the top corner of the window so when you open the window all the way that the tilt latch don't catch .

I have a certainteed window that has a missing sliding latch on the right hand side(See pictures). Do you have a replacement part that would fit?

It looks like the top latch part is missing, the first picture shows a part that is not apart of the window. The top of the window is swinging down, nothing to hold the top.

Locks to allow window to stay up and to lean down. The other part is to the bottom of the window to looks like it closes up the bottom so water won't leak in or air to the inside.

Hey guys!! I?m in the process of selling my home and the inspector found where on one of my windows the tilt latches were broken off. I took a picture of the identical window next to it. Having a hard time with finding these pair. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have old CertainTeed window latches that are cracked. Looking for replacements. Screw holes are 1 3/8 inches apart. Total length 2 3/8 inches. Do you have anything?
