I have an aluminum Traco window. The bottom sash operates. The top sash appears to be somewhat fixed, but it does appear to have a release button on each side on the top the same as the bottom sash. It also appears to have pivot shoes of the same type the bottom sash has. The right hand shoe is ... (cont.)

looking for a replacement for this broken piece. Hopefully you can see that the pin broke off opposite side of spring. No idea what make window

The parts we are looking for fit to bottom of coners to help put in and tilt windows down. We need two of them. Also need spiral balances (2) for 2'W x 3'L windows.

I need the pivot bar spring and screw for this corner. I think those are the items i need to get this window working again

But it has a screw under the Lach with a spring behind the screw.

Pin has spring behind to hold in slot at sides of panel. Glass originally purchased at Lowe's through BetterBilt South: single hung: Colonial style: Aluminum. Hope this helps.

I was tilting my window when this piece fell off. It's the piece that I hold open with my thumbs to release the tilt. Can I just replace this part without replacing the entire latch? Thx!

I have a 1995 Better built window spring at the bottom of the window that is broken the function of this piece is to hooks into the Better Bilt 15-045 pivot shoe. The piece is broken and I need a new one if someone could help that would be great. Jonathan.
