Dear Swisco: I have a beach house with vinyl windows. I am confident I can replace the pivot shoes and spiral balances that have rusted. The first picture,is a part from a vinyl single hung window. It is the clip the goes inside the balance. The second picture, is a part from a vinyl single hung window. It is the bottom clip that rusted and broke off.

I am looking for Window parts, I have about 20 window, some will need latches, pins on the bottom of the windows, tension springs and attachment bracket, I will also need the tools to set the tension on the spring.

I do have the pivot bar and have used them on other windows. I need 2 more parts part 26-040 3" pivot bar with the mill finish aluminum channels as shown. Or a suitable substitute. Also needed is 3 each Pivot shoe 1/2" thick part no. 15-046 Please contact me asap!

After much surfing I have managed to find (I am quite sure) the part I need so that my friend can replace parts instead of my whole window. I have "Phillips" tilt windows in a 1995 manufactured home that has a few "Pivot Bars" broken out. The bars are similar to the 26-40 however they have two holes evenly space out on the bar 1" in and 1"apart, I did not see a similar part that fits that configuration. Hi, This piece is broken and I am attempting to replace it. I do not know the brand of the window. The only marking I found was on the window lock which reads "insul sash". Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Regards, Luca

I am looking for replacement pivot bar for the illustrated image. Tn the image each one of the bars is broken. i did not remove a complete or in tact bar because it is a big deal to remove the windows. Is this enough to get a replacement that might work?
