Here's the thing...I can get a handyman to fix my windows if I can get the parts. Unfortunately I'm a tad too tiny to take the windows out to figure out the pivot shoes. With some creative measurement taken with painter's tape and cut up note cards (don't ask) I think I found the right size shoe 1 ... (cont.)

we need to replace the broken piece and nylon part that is at the end of the spring for these windows. I've got a problem with the tilt pivot bar that was originally installed in our WOOD window sashes they used a pivot bar like Pivot Bar, 3", Product Code: 26-040 they drilled a hole in the end grain of the bottom rail and now they are all splitting.... looking for a better pivot bar/bracket t ... pivot shoe is 2" high 1-1/4" inches wide and 5/8" thick and it works with pivot bar 26-040.

I am searching for Traco TR-5000 balance shoe, sash plunger, sash plunger hook and sash plunger springs. Do you happen to have any of these in stock? What would the prices be on each if you do have them?

single hung vinyl window, pins on side of bottom window, at the bottom. Pins go into the spring tension to hold window in. shape - U channel metal piece 3 inches long with screw holes at 1 inch and at 2 inches.

I looked up the window balancer via the patent number. Your web site came up. The 15-087 appears to be what I need. I am unsure of the coil spring. Also the pivot bar is completely risted off. I do not see the part number for that. I had to order the sash spreader to remove the balancers. Is there a ... (cont.)

I have attached a picture of my pivot shoes that I need to replace. Most of them are broken and will most likely replace them all to be on the safe side. I have a Pivot Lock Shoe that looks like 15-047, including the black cam, and matches all dimensions except for the thickness. I measure 9/16 inches with the cam fully recessed for raising and lowering the window. With the cam extended when tilting the window, I measure 5/8 inches. The channel ho ... (cont.)

I took some pictures of my problem windows. Things I know for sure- American Craftsman Circa 2001 or early 2002 When some cleaning people were washing the windows they inadvertently made them crooked and the hinge snapped. This is the bathroom window. Jennifer

I have Traco model TR5000 windows in an apartment builing that need some help. I have been told that Traco does not support this model. I will need all of the different parts, spiral balances, tilt latches, etc. Do you have a list of the parts that fit this model? Thanks, Bob

Attached are some photos of window tilt latches that I need to replace. I hope you can identify these as there is no branding on the windows. Let me know if you have them and the cost. Also if I need any specific tool to replace them. Thanks! Alan
