looking to replace the rusted hardware in these pics. 2010 Plygem vinyl awning unit. We will also needed the brackets to attach the arms to the sash.

I've installed my recent order 1976810 and everything was good... UNTIL I went to close the window all the way.When the 39-239C is not attached it clears the window frame and closes completely on it's own, but when I clip to the 39-536 clips the "SS Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount" hits the windo ... I need 10 black nonmetal brackets (part no. 31878) for a Cascade extension window. The bracket fits into a groove on the window and is attached to the extension arm. A picture of the bracket on a working window is enclosed.g

Need a new cranking mechanism. Not sure what type this is. It is centered in the middle of my window. Any help would be highly appreciated. I found a number stamped on one of the arms upon closer inspection, 31881. I'm not sure if that would help

hi there, i purchased some detach clips but alas what i need is the part that has the circle knob button that goes in the track on the bottom of the window. i think it might have had a spring that helped it stay in? i couldn't find anything on the website that looked like the piece i need. thanks! ...
