I've installed my recent order 1976810 and everything was good... UNTIL I went to close the window all the way.When the 39-239C is not attached it clears the window frame and closes completely on it's own, but when I clip to the 39-536 clips the "SS Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount" hits the windo ... Need Part

I need 10 black nonmetal brackets (part no. 31878) for a Cascade extension window. The bracket fits into a groove on the window and is attached to the extension arm. A picture of the bracket on a working window is enclosed.g

Need a new cranking mechanism. Not sure what type this is. It is centered in the middle of my window. Any help would be highly appreciated. I found a number stamped on one of the arms upon closer inspection, 31881. I'm not sure if that would help

hi there, i purchased some detach clips but alas what i need is the part that has the circle knob button that goes in the track on the bottom of the window. i think it might have had a spring that helped it stay in? i couldn't find anything on the website that looked like the piece i need. thanks! ... Recently servicing our rental and tenant reported the window mechanism had come off. On inspection the ends are sheared. Is there a replacement available? The pivot handle is working and the window opens freely

This is the plastic piece that fits on the end of the window extension. Just the top part that slides into the window is broken. The bottom piece has the number 31879 on it.

I broke out the pin at the end of the scissors type operator on my awning window. I need new pin and clip and looks like there is a sheath type thing on the window itself. See photos.

We live by the beach in CA and our windows are always open, the salt air ate away at these operators and I'd like to replace them. I likely need the track slides as well. Can you please help me iD these parts? I'm pretty handy and can definitely install myself.
