Included in this message is 1 of many parts needed for me to replace old parts. I'm not sure if this is a serial number but 101499 is printed on the part.

Recently servicing our rental and tenant reported the window mechanism had come off. On inspection the ends are sheared. Is there a replacement available? The pivot handle is working and the window opens freely

This is the plastic piece that fits on the end of the window extension. Just the top part that slides into the window is broken. The bottom piece has the number 31879 on it.

I broke out the pin at the end of the scissors type operator on my awning window. I need new pin and clip and looks like there is a sheath type thing on the window itself. See photos.

These were labeled as Somilgard classic vinyl awning windows. Supposed to have a lifetime guarantee but apparently because I live in Hawaii, it is considered a corrosive environment despite the fact that I live miles from the ocean in a valley, it's excluded.
