Hello, could you id this part? The bar the attaches to the awning window is 16" long. I need to replace the entire wind crank mechanism and the arms. The bar seems to be fine. The end of the openers attach to the 16" bar at the bottom of the window with plastic locking clips.

I believe this piece originates from a Plygem Awning window as part of the window pivot assembly. Plygem does not have these parts for order directly.

My mechanism is so loose that the gears slip and the window will only open. Made by Truth The 2 short arms are marked 41010B & 31881 The 2 longer arms are marked 41016 & 41013 Only number on bottom of the housing that is readable is 09/17. I noticed in my first post that my pictures were blurry when expanded, so I've sent a second set of pictures. TPUTI I is printed on an arm on the top side. 41013, 41016, 41010B, 31881 are stamped on the arms on the bottom. Made in the U.S.A, 05/01/01, and 05:55 are on the bottom of the housing. ... (cont.)

Hello, I recently attempted to replace the operator arm for a Truth 31704 awning window. The gear in the crank of the old one had become stripped and no longer aligned with the gear on the arm assembly. I purchased the 39-239B from you and it appears to be an exact match with the broken one, howeve ... (cont.)

The mechanism doesn't permit the window to fully close and allow window to be locked. The crank closes the window partially but we need to step outside and gently push the window to enable casement locks. I need to replace the operator pictured. It is a Truth operator p/n 121598.

The teeth on the gears on my truth window operator have failed. I can't close the window by crank. Looking to replace the whole unit and reattach it to my existing window. On the bottom of the gear box it reads 050699 03:39. The arms of the operator read 31881, 41010, 41016, and 41013 ... (cont.)

I'm trying to find the replacement for the crank and the arms for my truth window the item number AP-C40-61X37

The long arm is 11 inches and the short arm about 3 inches. IT still works, but it is broken where it attaches to the window frame. I am guessing it is a 39-239B, but want your opinion.

Not sure which part/mechanism would work with my windows. I think the gears on the mechanism have gone bad which have caused them to "click" and not function properly.

Any help for me with this window. Thanks
