Hi, I have Therese small (12" square) Millard windows that are opened via a crank that pushes 2 sizzor arms out that are attached to the bottoms of the windows with the small black clips that are on the ends of the arms. Looks to me like I need the small black plastic part that fits in the hole at ... (cont.)

Greetings- At the bottom of these awning windows is a guide with a plastic slide that travels In the guide and connects the operator arm to the window. These plastic guides crack and fail over time along with the arm connector. Hopefully you have this part so I can order it. Thanks, Scott ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement part for this window.

Hurd windows crank works until you get here, then it just doesn't tighten. Looking in from the outside the gears slip vertically hence no tightening.

Need to replace, as it will not open/close, seems stripped inside. The pic of the label is what fell out of the window. I can't find the brand name on the window itself. Thx

Hi, this is a twenty year old Bonneville crank out, it will no longer close with the crank. It is not the handle or splines on spindle. On the mechanism arm is TPUTI 1. I am looking for replacement part. Thanks John
