Hello, we are inexperienced business owner. the door hinge on our business is broken. We are not sure if we need to replace both hinge and threshold. If needed, what is the model of the hinge?

The broken pivot on the bottom in the photo is what we are trying to replace. The pivot in the top of the photo is what we ordered and isn't quite right. Is there a replacement for the broken one available?
