Hi - We have a Jeld Wen sliding door and the knob on the lock broke off. I have attached photos of the piece along with the door where the piece attaches. Need to replace a broken double hook patio door lock. Unable to identify type of handle and lock. Placed on an over large patio door (approximately 95 inches wide by 79" height. I'm looking for a replacement lock lever and mechanism in a beige color for a sliding patio door that I believe was made by Jeld-Wen. Images are attached.

The inside of the hooks do seem to be about close to 6 inches apart. I've never bought one of these. Please let me know what other information I can give to help identify which part I need.
