I'm looking for a replacement lock lever and mechanism in a beige color for a sliding patio door that I believe was made by Jeld-Wen. Images are attached.

The inside of the hooks do seem to be about close to 6 inches apart. I've never bought one of these. Please let me know what other information I can give to help identify which part I need.

I recently purchased the 82-265 assembly and the latch plate doesn't seem to work what part do I need to make it work the lock fits the door ok just doesn't lock.

I just received and installed 82-265 - Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11" but it is not compatible with the current keeper. Can you please confirm the part number for the right keeper? Is it 82-249?
