82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper

Looking for latch and handle assembly for NAMI- 302187 door.

Door came from home depot. no markings on door or parts

I purchased a 82-239 lock in April but had to send it back because it didn't fit. I spoke to costumer service and they suggested I send images of the part in question hoping someone can help me match it for the right one. NNOW what should I try.

Is there a way to buy the whole set handles and all. The door was put in 2007-2008. American restoration setup the installation

I just purchased a new lock for my patio door from Swisco. I also need a new faceplate, though (see pictures attached). The locking mechanism is 11 inches tall, but the slot that the faceplate goes in is 12 inches tall.

Just received my new lock, no problem installing. However the door jam part is not exactly the same fit. Could you please send me the part number for that piece so I can order and replace the jam receiver for this lock. Thanks

The door handle mounting holes are 3 and 15/16 in. The holes for the mechanical insert on the door is 11 in. The mounting holes for the plate on the door wall is 10 inches. Hope that is enough information to identify the parts needed.

lock broke can you give us the part number so we can get replaced? Measurement is 11 11/16 long and 3/4 wide, Thank you

Anderson aluminum covered gliding door double hook mortise lock 12" tall with activation pin.

The lock fell through the sliding door frame and I can't retrieve it. Any chance you could help? 4 inches between handle screw holes.

Hello, we have a sgd-c35-96x84 sliding door and need a double lock for it. Also need the lock lever for it as well. Thank you (pictures are of bracket for latch, door #, lock we need, handle with missing lock lever.)

This is a lock for my sliding door that one of the internal springs broke and now the latch falls and locks. It is 10" long and 9/16 wide.

Hello, I took my hardware out to install a dog door and now I can't find the parts. I purchased 82-030 and 82-226 from you. The mortise was the wrong size by my mistake but will the handle I purchased work on this door? Also, if I replace the correct mortise I saw I need the 9 7/8 but it won't attac ... (cont.)

does a 82-086 work with 82-265 face plate with a 82-249 point keeper
