I have the the nfrc adw-m-400 sliding door. The upper of the two locking hooks is broken . Can someone ping me in the right direction for a replacement. Is it under warranty being 2 years old ?just wondering . Thanks !!

Do you sell anything that could change the height of the keeper/strike plate? See picture. The old keeper plate is higher then new one. The door does not reach the keeper plate. I measured: 11 inches on door portion with claws from top screw to bottom screw 3 inches for middle screws 7 1/2 for claws or fingers that come out 4 inches for the screws on the inside of house side

The mechanism that makes my door latch closed is busted and I need a replacement part. If I need to replace the entire handle, that would be fine. Please help.

I need to order a part for my silver line sliding glass door. The door latch won't stay in the open position. This causes the door to latch and inadvertently lock the door. Can I order a replacement part for this?

Hello, I had previously ordered 82-249 and 82-265 but the faceplate (82-249) does not line up correctly with 82 -249. I have enclosed pictures of the old lock and faceplate.
