Need new double lock hardware for sliding door. The one I have says it is a "Truth" model with number 2pt-104 written on it.

This is a jeld-wen door purchased from Menards approximately in 2014. I don't have a model number. The interior locking mechanism works if I remove the handles and insert a flathead screwdriver to open and close the lock, and the fixed hardware on the door frame is also intact. Hello, I am looking for a sliding glass door latch and gap filler piece for my door. I have attached pictures to show what I need. I have 2 door and one is missing everything. I can send more pictures if need be.

Handle broke on the outside. Door is roughly 8 years old, purchased from Lowe's. I am not positive of teh brand, maybe BetterBilt? I purchased a new catch from Swisco for this door in the past, that part number was 82-249 if that helps.

I previously purchased parts 82-265 and 82-249. Now the latch lever had broken as seen in the attached pictures. Two questions. One, is this the correct lever replacement part? Two, can I simply replace the lever or do I need to replace the entire handle and lock?
