Our door handle is missing it's latch. We need a new door handle to use with 82-249 and 82-265. There are 4" from the center of the two screw holes on the door handle. Looking for the replacement parts needed including lock, handle, and keeper

I thought the 82-265 was the correct replacement part but it does not fit. I've attached a picture of the part I need. It seems the locks are slightly off in spacing from the slots they need to fit into, but they look very similar. I'm also attaching a few pictures of the lock and the opposing face ... (cont.)

The locking mechanism shown on the left failed. I couldn't find any part numbers on it so I made my best guess and purchased the Swisco product on the right (82-265). The door looks appear to be locked into place I took it apart and it's even worse. All I know is my door is a silver line door #800234 I'm trying to get the lock to work again and I'm not sure what parts I need to replace it.

just ordered part # 82-249 then noticed on measurements mine is 11" from screw center to center the diagram on line is smaller 9 7/8.

The locking handle seems to be wearing out. The latch and locking mechanism is OK, just the lever to lock the door is getting hard to unlock the door

The second and third picture show the latch in need to replace on my patio door, so it will latch properly and stay closed. There are no numbers or markings that I can see. I love my Simonton patio door, but I need it to lock properly. Can you help me?
