Sliding door internal lock. Front plate is 11-3/4", holes are 11", distance between latches is roughly 5-7/16.

Please help us find the replacement hardware for this sliding door.

Hello, I recently purchased the 82-239 mortise lock but it didn't line up. The main issues: 1. On the 82-239 there are no holes in the new lock to attach the old white face plate. Internal mortise lock is just shy of 12" The total of 4 holes for handle is 4" I am missing handle to this.

The lock assembly is not moving on the top, it is stationary, seems that the spring is broken. Bottom lock is going into the correct position and secured. Handle is fine, lock device is locking the bottom lock. Would like to replace just the locking mechanism. Found on your website Item # 82-238, ex ... (cont.)

I just called .. OK that didn't work 82-249 I need the plate that this lock latches into please, what I currently have does not depress the button that allows the lock to engage. Thank youJane

If you've already tried adjusting the hooks, then you might need a new keeper instead; not an uncommon issue with this mortise lock. See our 82-249. Look it over in comparison to your old keeper and let me know what you think.

I received my new double mortise lock replacement. It matches with my old keeper, however; the keeper has an indention where the lock release button would hit it and it will not connect. Do you have the keeper for the 82-265?
