Hi I need a replacement part for my window. When I crank the crank it works fine until the very end where it just slips and won't close. There seems to be some teeth on the gear that are worn down that perhaps is leading to this slipping.

I have a casement window I was taking out to replace rotted wood and the window fell out of the frame bending all the brackets. The truth hardware has numbers. I need to replace the hardware for this crank. The gears are stripped at and it will not pull the window closed. Having a hard time finding anything that matches because the handle is on the left hand side.

I have 39-375 and 39-376 folding handles/covers and cannot figure out how to remove the existing cover. I am concerned that it is riveted. Thank you.

I have older Truth Series 11 operators (close to your 39.348 item) and would like to update them. It looks like the Encore operator will fit with new mounting holes and a new track. I want to replace the crank and cover on my Amerimax Casement windows with folding handles and covers. the numbers are on the bottom piece shown in photo. I believe the window manufacturer was Atrium; they are about 12 years old now. I need to replace 6 of the arm operators. they have become corroded, and in one case the rivet in the arm sheared off Thank You..

Operator is no longer attached to window. Both arms of operator are individual and not attached to window. I don't know where on the window each arm are supposed to be attached. Please provide dual operator needed and what other parts are needed. Thanks!

There are no numbers on this operator. I measured each arm pin to pin. I tried ordering one already but it didn't fit.

The only numbers I can find are 3306R2H 10TL
