39-375 Encore Truth Folding Handle with Cover

Trying to find parts for my Windows. The Latch, crank, arm and guides have rusted out. The Simonton window part is 39-6313/07. Does anyone know if they still make replacement parts or a comparable part?

Wondering if this will fit two casement windows I'd like to update. Photos attached

I need these parts. The crank handles I have are still good. Can you point me in the right direction? The internal gears in the ones I have are stripped.

Hi. Received the handles today, but the housing that sits on the cog is too small. The housing I'm trying to replace is 3/8". The housing of the handle that I received today appears to be 5/16". Do you have the handles with the (slightly) larger housing? Otherwise, the color and size seems right. I ... (cont.)

on the lower back of package there is a number that says 93198. inside the cover says Truth hardware and there is a "S" and number "8"

Can you help me in replacing these? I have a few window that will not close. They are Hurd windows from about 2002. Thanks! Mike

Hello, could you id this part? The bar the attaches to the awning window is 16" long. I need to replace the entire wind crank mechanism and the arms. The bar seems to be fine. The end of the openers attach to the 16" bar at the bottom of the window with plastic locking clips.

Does this encore awning operator fit a millgard awning window? It looks identical...

My mechanism is so loose that the gears slip and the window will only open. Made by Truth The 2 short arms are marked 41010B & 31881 The 2 longer arms are marked 41016 & 41013 Only number on bottom of the housing that is readable is 09/17. Hello. I cannot seem to locate this exact dual-arm operator. Specifically, I cannot find one with the 3-screw hole piece that screws to the window on the arm with the hinge on it. Please help!!

I noticed in my first post that my pictures were blurry when expanded, so I've sent a second set of pictures. TPUTI I is printed on an arm on the top side. 41013, 41016, 41010B, 31881 are stamped on the arms on the bottom. Made in the U.S.A, 05/01/01, and 05:55 are on the bottom of the housing. ... (cont.)
