Numbers are not too visible on the photo. The number on the front under the logo is: 11600-17. On one side of the tab is 11A and the other is 39A. There is also a number on the back: 11600 A-3. The dimensions are: 6 5/16" (6 7/8") including the tab) x 3" x 3/4".

Hi, please see the attached image of the balancer that broke. In order to avoid tearing out the side of the window, by desire is to open the replacement and tie in the existing rope from the window.
