Hello, Please see attached pictures of the plastic clips that are broken on some of my windows. These are on three of my windows that won't stay up and the broken clips are no longer there. If the clips are still there on some of my windows, does that mean I just need to reinstall the balances ... (cont.)

Part is 2 1/2" long 5/8 wide 13/32 deep. from a Silver Line Widow. Distance to second screw is approx 13/16. how to get second screw out, all four windows have no head on the second screw. How do I get it out?

I have American craftsman 2710 single hung windows the sash carrier has crumbled on one side I’ve contacted the company they say the part is not replaceable, but they told me to get a hold of you. Maybe you had something that I could use to get my windows to work again

I need to replace the upper lift supports, one screw is accesible from the out side but the other is attached from the inside of the window frame how do i get acccess to it??? Help

This part is from American Craftsman window. Series 2710. The part is broken off so the picture doesn't show the whole thing.

I need parts to repair window balance. It appears the the plastic balance shoe is broken and balance will not catch it. Thank you, Ron

Hello. I'm replacing two channel balances in a window that's basically not lifting up at all. This is a Silver Line Windows Series 2710 Single Hung Window. The existing channel balance is 16" long and has the codes "15 10 OK BSI" engraved in it. Along with the channel balances, I'll need two top ... (cont.)

15 5 is printed on balancer. I do not have any information on the Top Slash Guard.

My sash stop broke but when I went to remove it there is a second screw witch is broke off? It is same on the other Sash stop also. Is this some kind of secondary securing method. This is a clip that the channel balance engages with in my window. I don't know what to call it. Do you see these?I just bought channel balances from you, these are in the windows for those.
