Greetings Looking for some lower sash guides as pictured for American Craftsman/Andersen single hung windows...do you have any? Thanks

Look closely. If you cannot see the point protruding from the lower hole, I will send a better photo I hope you can tell me how to remove this part. Perhaps the installation instructions on the replacement could give a clue?

Looking to identify this part that is missing from the top right corner of the window channel. It appears to stop the channel balance. One of the pictures shows the part mounted in the channel.

Hello, I've got several Silver Line 2710 Series single-hung windows. I have two missions I'm trying to accomplish: 1) Replace some broken top sash guides. I have a customer with double pane vinyl windows that have 22" balances. the stamp on the current sash is 2190. I removed one of the sashes and it is 35#. Do you have an option that will work in this application?

I ordered 18-008 and 18-009 and neither is a perfect fit the spring isn't fully caught by the guide

I have 6 Windows I need parts for. 2 Windows are 28 inch and I need the balances for those so 4 of them. I come up with part number S390-28. The sash weighs 25 lbs. the feet on my window are 1-1/8. So I need 4 of those balances. I need the top caps....... 12 of them and I have part number 18-179 ... (cont.)

I need 18-179 in almond. Is that something you can get?

The top corners of my Alacan windows have tabs that push down the channel balances, which are like your Series 380. One of the tabs has broken, so the channel balance stays up when I push the window down. These are plastic tabs that look like they could be replaced. Is this a replacement part ... (cont.)

Parts that need to be replaced, both are from inside the top edge of the bottom single hung window. Part is 2 7/16 long, 5/8 wide. 3/8 thick first step, 5/8 at second step. Notch is 3/16 deep 5/16 long, Top is 1 3/16 X 5/8 X 1/16. Spur leg is 13/16 long at 9/16 it steps in 1/16 on each side ... (cont.)
