We are try8ng to replace the sash balances on a 36" wide window. We had ordered balance 519 (2 of them to replace both sides), but now the sashes won't stay up at all. Need to replace 2 sets Anderson Narroline double-hung windows sash balances. The numbers are 1600-17 and then 1-13? then BU35 then 8 92. House was built in 1992. Thanks for your help.

From my measurements, I've determined I have an Andersen Narroline Series 200 model 3846 and that the replacement sash balance for this window is part 1133. I have an Anderson Narrowline 3052 window and from the Andersen website lookup was told to order part number 1626045, model 1133, but the person on the Andersen Chat said to get part number 1626044, model 1031 instead. I just replaced the balances in two of my Andersen windows, using your Andersen 24-737 and 24-1033. The window with the 737s works fine. The lower (front) sash using the 24-1033 works fine, but the upper sash on that window sags. What could cause this?

The part is 6 1/4" x 3" x 3/4" plus a small flange with the staple in it. There are two numbers, on is U7 1131 4 89 which might be a date code since it was installed in 1989. hi, will need several (6) balancers for windows throughout the house. the balancer has the Anderson Logo and # 11600-17 underneath it. on the mounting lip there are 2 numbers: 1131 and 8U37 -1192 on the other side, in lower corner it has 11600A-3 then the patent number measurements ... (cont.)
