Hi! I have a window spiral balance needing repair. I took some pictures but they may not show what you need. The left side shows that the cable is not attached. Hi, I ordered horseshoe 15-208 from you but there is no way to attach it to the spring. The spring has a hook on the side that should enter into the horseshoe. Don't know the manufacturer since the windows are still original with the house and we were the 2nd owner (13 year old house). On 3 of my windows the balance channel broke on both sides. 15-208 Can this model be used with spiral balance tilt windows?

We need a pair of these (for starters) 28 inches long with a depth of 1/2 inch to hold up a 16 pound window. Uses a hook style fastener as shown in the photo. Any guidance you can provide would be appreciated.
