I have a double hung window that no longer stays up/open when the lower part is lifted. It appears that this circular spring on both sides has snapped. The springs are broken on the right and left side of the Feldco window. I need two replacements. Both are marked R7.

I tried a set of S140 5lb coil balances, but the bar on the bottom of the window doesn't fit into the window carrier part of the balance. it seems that the lower connection for the window, the one that stays in the window frame has broken off on both sides, The window is 28.5 inches wide and 42.5 inches long. Do you have replacements for both sides?
