I was hoping to just replace the pivot shoe. The coil springs seem to be fine in all the windows I need to fix. My issue is the cam locks are broken in a majority of them. the coil balance has 7BB on it... 7lbs? I don't see an exact match for this pivot shoe on your site, but is there something that will work? thanks, Tom

Here are pictures of the balances. They are both broken. I need to replace the balance and the tilt mechanism. I also dont know how these are installed. There is no obvious gap along the jambliner where these can be removed and replaced. Could it be in the sill - if so any thoughts on how to dismant ... (cont.)

I need 2 balance shoe assemblies with the coil springs. The balance supports are OK. The balance shoes are 1 1/2 inches high and 1 1/4 inches wide. The distance between the support and shoe is 20 inches. The coil springs broke and the shoe assemblies are cracked.

Overall length is 5 inches. Approx overall width is 1 inch Photo is of damaged Duralite tilt-window coil balance. Appears as though I will have to cut out part of the back slide pocket to remove coil balance and insert new balance

Hi, I need a full constant force window assembly for my double hung window. It appears the coil snapped. Do you carry parts and can you include replacement instructions. There doesn't appear to be a notched area for removal.Thanks so much in advance.Laura

I need to replace the coil springs. This window is a Catalina H-R20-48x96. The mechanism is a Caldwell Quicktilt and is marked '7R' (see photo) The springs are marked '7LI'. I not see a similar spring on your website. What do you recommend?
