I am looking for these spring inserts for a vinyl window (22 5 E23U CMC). They are jammed. Also looking for the top&bottom trim that you will see damaged here.

Can you provide some instructions on how the 15-046 pivot shoe is to be properly connected to a 765 series plain channel balance? Hi, When tilting my upper window to clean it the tilt window pivot pin (?) broke. The number 1074 is on the broken metal pin. I'm not sure what kind of windows we have.
