Bought a modular two years ago, have no idea how old the windows are and I don't have any literature. I have two windows that will not open or tilt. Here is a pic of spiral rod inside of a window that works. Very frustrated

I am looking for the security clips for Dove Windows. I see you have 2 different ones and I cannot figure which one I need. I think it's 26-106 as the front of mine are 1/4". Before I order them I wanted to talk to someone. Thank You Mary Ann

The windows noted above were installed in May, 1989. There are 1" stoppers on each side of the upper windows that prevent the bottom window from being raised up more that 3 1/2", which gives a sense of security, especially at night. The part (looking at the front) measures 1/4" wide by 1 3/16" long. The slot/hole along the window edge is 2/16" wide by 1" long. There are no identifying numbers or markings. I have tan Custom Gard windows.

In need several of these small night latches for our windows. The windows are the vinyl glue/seamed type. We had everything replaced when we moved in our house around 2003. Hello, I have been looking at the venting lock part number 26-122. Several of my locks are broken, but the opening to insert a new lock is only 1 inch long. Are these adjustable for that opening? I purchased and received 12 units of the 26-338, which is an exact replica of the sash stop in my windows, however, the part is slightly too wide to fit in the hole??
