This bracket holds the elbow to the window track. I don't know if that is the correct term for it. It broke and i would like to replace it. I do not see any names or codes. These windows are super old but i love them.. please help me out

Recently purchased part 39-539 for the purpose of replacing numerous plastic parts that were broken. The part comes with the metal arms and the part is correct for my windows. This controller will not hold the window completely shut. When attempting to close it requires 2 people, one outside pushing it in. However, it then pops open enough to catch the wind.
