Looking for weather seal on top of casement window. Model #JEL-N-555. Also the roller for the closer arm if it's available or the closer arm.

Extension arm - 358-2 Windows were installed in 1977

I also need a clip for the window to clip into.

Swico: We live in a four unit condo. Each unit has a bay window with two casement side portions ? one left opening and one right opening. Several of them require several spins of the window crank before they start to move which, I'm guessing, indicates worn or stripped gear teeth. Based on the atta ... (cont.)

I need to replace both the right and left window crank assemble. The plastic round piece slips out of the track. The track is 7" and the arm is around 9". Thank you for your assistance
