Good morning! Our home was built in 1989 and there are Semco casement windows throughout. We are in need of 2 replacements window crank mechanisms as well as arms--can you help us identify what we would need? Thank you! Micca

I need a replacement for wright casement window opener assembly, stamped 7703 on bottom. The assembly mounts on left side of sash and crank is on left side of the unit. The arm is one solid piece not double hinged like others. Do you know where I can get one?

I believe 39-028E is the part I need. I am having trouble matching the color of either beige or dark bronze. There is the number 5 stamped on the back. Based on the picture do you recommend beige or dark bronze? Dave H

The windows in my in-laws home, built 1973, in Wisconsin have the attached mechanisms for opening and closing.
