I need to replace both Trust crank and lock handle. I also need small clips for when I attach window insect vents but don't have pictures of this.

We do not see any numbers, etc but we can turn the knob but nothing happens...seems everything is stripped. Would we be able to get something to fix this. Thanks.

The roller is worn and coming off the track. Not sure what to buy to fix/replace.

Attached are pix of the operator. Arm is 9 1/2" center to center, 9/16" roller on the end and widest screw holes are 3". No ID other than RH LH and the number 30350 on another arm attached to the window. Searching I find part numbers 39-027E and 39-028E to be a close, am I correct? Thanks. ... (cont.)

Screws on the outside part are just a hair over 3" apart. When I close it all the way, it seems like the gears are stripped. If I push open the window a bit, it engages. This part finder is a very cool feature, btw. -steve
