Hello, thanks in advance. Our window crank does not open the window anymore. There is a small gear that has come out of the unit and the gear teeth seem worn out. I assume the window handle needs to be replaced.

This is off of a window in a house constructed in 1975.There are several of the mechanisms on windows in the house that are stripped or have broken housings.These are off of casement windows.Thanks

The word "Wright" is on the crank.

I have multiple cranks in my cabin that are stripped out and do not work. I have tried replacements from local hardware stores, but they don't work. Any suggestions?

looking for replacement parts for casment window.. cranks and arms as shown in pics house built in the 70s base is 4 1/16" arm is approx 8" +1 1/2" with the bend need 8 total

Hardware has TRUTH marking and appears similar to the example photo on your site. I only took an approximate measurement without taking off some trim, but I can remove the trim and get a better measurement if needed. Thank you !!

I have an ancient casement. It needs all new parts. The operator arm length is 8". The sill bracket is 10" and the sash bracket is 11-1/4. Can you help? Thanks, David

Hi my current casement window crank stopped working. I don't have any other info except the picture.

Casement bay windows: some are hard to open, possibly due to cleaning and needing lubricant. Others dont open or close well due t parts. Please can you send me your links for the latches and operators and whatever else you see in the pics which I might need ???? I will be sending another bath of pic ... (cont.)

Contractor for a glass company here, just can't quite locate this casement arm. Looks to be a Truth #30744B, old one got so rusted that the pivot point where it attaches to the sash rusted off, so just need that pivot arm w/ rail.

We have the same crank windows with Truth arm. Our issue is slightly different. The actual window crank entire apparatus comes out of the crank holder and we cant crank the window closed any longer. Any ideas how to fix? Ty

I am looking for a left and a right operator for casement windows. I am having a hard time locating these. The arm length is showing as 11" if measure from the mechanism and if measured from the elbow to the end it measures 9 1/2".

I need replacements for both right and left. Inside cover reads Biltbest Part 233 D.C.
