Looking at your catalog, I see the 90-161 latch will fit my windows, but the keeper is .325 wide, .442 high, holes are oval and 2.25 center-to-center oval holes are .312 long by .153 wide.Do you have a model with a similar keeper?The windows are probably 15 yrs old from just before mastic ceased to ... I believe they are kawneer windows. Double hung, vinyl window.

I need a replacement latch for Viking Window

I need to find a sash lock and keeper for my windows. The holes on both the sash lock and keeper are 1 1/16" on center. The sash lock holes are back 11/16" from the window edge. The keeper is 1/4" thick. Please help with part number/s. These are 20 year old MW windows. I also need the screws(hardwar ... (cont.)

The bottom sash of our Philips Window dropped years ago and I want to fix it. Is there any way to get it back on track? I have no other pieces.

Just bought the house and this one window latch doesn't line up. It's about an eighth of an inch high or low however you want to say it. So when you spend the cam around to lock it it doesn't quite wrap all the way around from the bottom around to the top the locking tab on the fixed panel. I'm hopi ... (cont.)
