I need to replace the locking mechanism on our vinyl windows. I don't know the brand but the clearest number on the sticker is H-LC40-44x77. The locks have face mount keepers and a cam-lock with two screw holes 2 1/16" apart. They are almond in color. Thanks for your help.

I need to replace a broken lock on an Empire Pacific (Oregon company) window. This lock mates with a flush mounted keeper as shown in the photo. The hook broke off because the window wasn't properly aligned. Would very much like to leave the part that it hooks into in place, as it's a tight fit already. Holes look to be about 2 1/16" apart, maybe very slightly more. Numbers on back: 8300-02 and then 2 8303 on the hook itself. Thanks so much! ... (cont.)

Some of the locks on our windows are these and others are older brass ones. These have held up great and are still in almost perfect condition. I would like to replace my older brass ones to match these if possible. Thanks for any help you can provide

The only information I can find on my windows is the following- Series 7000/7100 SH AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440-05 I have also attached a picture of the latch, which is 2 7/8" x 1". Hello, I am looking to replace a part in the window lock latch window in my horizontal SIMONTON brand vinyl window. the window will no longer latch such the mechanism picture seems to be stripped and need to be replaced. Looking at your catalog, I see the 90-161 latch will fit my windows, but the keeper is .325 wide, .442 high, holes are oval and 2.25 center-to-center oval holes are .312 long by .153 wide.Do you have a model with a similar keeper?The windows are probably 15 yrs old from just before mastic ceased to ... I need a replacement latch for Viking Window

I need to find a sash lock and keeper for my windows. The holes on both the sash lock and keeper are 1 1/16" on center. The sash lock holes are back 11/16" from the window edge. Good Afternoon, I searched your site for this pivot bar with no luck. It came off of a vinyl window from approximately 1997. The window has an A&M marked in the corner. I found the sweep lock and keeper on your site, product code 90-278 if that helps. Thank You, Gerry
