I am trying to replace the keepers on a few of my double hung windows, as they are bent. Based on the window manufacturer (now out of business), I believe it is Truth hardware. I am looking for 2 parts. There are 2 pictures of the lock device that allows me to have the window open partially. The other is of the actual lock. I am looking for both. I am unsure of the window manufacturer - the tags I am finding I can't read. I have someone who can install if I have dire ... (cont.)

We need the latch pictured that fits with the attached picture of the keeper. There are no markings on amy part of it.

Need a left hand window lock. The uninstalled lock pictured is a right hand lock.

By my measurements, I need a latch with screw holes 2 1/32 spacing.

I have 6 Vinyl Gliding windows needing new sash locks. No name or identifying features on sash or frame. Need 2 per window, 12 total. Thank you

Spoke to Swisco yesterday afternoon regarding locating a replacement piece for a PGT sliding window. See attached photos. I think the correct part may be 90-278 in beige. The plastic pieces in the pics have yellowed because of the sun/uv. Would you have anything in some type of metal ? I would need a total of 12 sets . I just purchased this mobile home and have not seen a manufacturer name on windows Please call if you have any questions . Thanks Bob ... (cont.)

It is a window lock. The holding screws are on the back corners. It fell apart.

need help in determing what would be a replacment part for attached parts

Hi I have several windows that have failed balances. There preventing my windows from opening and staying open. The hook at the one end of these fixes to the top of the window frame. I assume that there is at the bottom of part of the balance that has caused the issue. I haven't looked for this part ... (cont.)

1/4 inch keeper and lock with screw holes 11/16 in set back from edge of window. cannot find these 2 together in 1 lock and latch set

Holes are 2 1/16" apart. Back set 11/16".
