I'm looking to buy the replacement crank handle and locks for what I believe is remco windows about 18 years old ?????

Latch is stripped

My technician tells me it's a casement window operator truth. There is a number 31402 A stamped on the arm

I am ordering two of your 38 058L. Locking handles, by any chance would you have the replacement lock washer that holds the shaft and lever together?ThanksJohn

Need a lock for certaintee casement, someron II. The original lock has a 31401A stamped, the lock is approx 4x7/8", the extended arm is approx 3.375 to 3.5". Left or right hand is just shown in my photo, handle up to open?down to lock. I see you have 2 items similar to mine?38-058 and 38-091, which ... (cont.)

I am trying to locate the left lock mechanism (right side pictured) and the white plastic bushings (guides). I need the parts that engage the window to pull it secure against the weather seal gasket.

Hi: The original locking latch of my Traco casement window failed yesterday. I need to replace it. Looking to the outside, the latch is for the right-hand opening window (hinges on right, lock on left). Do you have a part in stock that could replace this locking mechanism?

The part on the handle is 48051. As you can see from the picture, it is a left handed Window lock/unlock. Thank you for your recommendations, so that I will be able to find a handyman.
