Hi, looking for info and part to replace a latch lock. The handle to open is fine,but when I lifted the latch to unlock window,the latch came right out of the part. I have truth window locks and wasn't sure if it would work because it's hard to go by with pics. These are more rounded and my originals have more sharp edges but it's just looks. Now there are exact truth locks for $25 a piece , but I tried these. Glad I did , took about 3 minutes to install. ... (cont.)

Dear Swisco, I sent in a request last week and I haven't heard back yet so I thought I would try again. I have a broken 4"x 3/4" Multi Point Sash Lock Handle as pictured. What is the difference other than the cost and whether left or right part between Product Code 38-058L and Product Code 38-091???? They look identical to me, but there's a big difference in price.

The lever that latches the window shut is broken -- it is completely loose and rotating it up no longer unlocks the window. I need to replace it, but the catch is that the window is locked shut, so I can't get to the screws, which are on the side that is pressed against the window. There are no visi ... (cont.)

help, the lock on our left side kitchen casement window was pullout out of the housing, and the window is still locked. The picture include some measurements, I think that I need the assembly with the first 2 linkages. The right side of the picture is from the working lock from the right side ... (cont.)

The multi-point closing system on the window is inoperative. A gear in the handle which operates the mechanism appears to be stripped. Can you supply replacement parts?

I have Marshall windows that were installed in the early 90's.....quite a few have broken off and I want to replace them ASAP. I have vinyl replacement window with this exact lock (38-058)... The handle came off and I don't know if it will pop back in or if the whole lock is broken. The problem is that the window will not open because the handle broke in lock position. help!
