Daystar / Morningstar Casement window Metal bar and attachments With a plastic guide clip

Looking for lock handle for older casement window. On the mechanism it says TRUTH 31401.I have pictures of the unit. Have multiple Harvey windows with lock issues, and crank issues.

What lock do I need

Looking for help identifying parts needed to replace the lock handle in the attached pictures. I sent a picture of the front and back. The part number on the handle is 45082 and body is 45121. Not sure what latch this is. Can you help me?

The product lock appears to be a match to my photos but the armature is different. Please advise if this will cross over and I will order this plus a left one as well. Thanks. Dennis
