These is the length is pictured. The width is between 3/8 and 5/8 but 5/8 should fit just fine. Also need brackets for bottom of window as well as adjustment tool. Please advise what length as I should get here as its between 26 and 27"?

As per the attached photos, the coils spring balance tubes have failed on one set of windows. I need two tubes to fit a 73-74" window. One photo shows the bottom spring clip from an adjacent window.

I have old wood double hung windows , the windows were reframed and no weight boxes. Can your spring balances be used if the windows were modified to accept the balances and clips mounted into the frames? This is the cap that retains the window balance. I need 5 with screws.

I bought 2 of your 40-006 in swing brackets. I bought a closer from a local hardware chain. after opening it the hardware package had only wood screws and no means of securing the closer and the 40-006 bracket.would one of your closer be specific for that 40-006 bracket.

I purchased four sets of replacement window sashes many years ago and installed them with Quaker replacement window channels. They worked fine for awhile but are no longer holding the windows open. Part is 21 in. long and diameter is 5/8 in. It has a number 2 on the spiral and also word unique. We need 4 of these plus 4 brackets that attaches it.

Do you have this strike plate or locking plate for a sliding glass door? With the screws?
