26-405 Rounded End Pivot Bar, 2-7/8"

We have a bay window with two series 4000 double hung (model 3B01) and both the pivot shoes broke on one of the windows. It looks similar to 15-177, but ours has a hole just above the metal shoe.Any help is appreciated.

Hello, Just got and installed a set of s140.10 coils and realized need pivot pins as well. The 26.405 holes location seems right but does it fit the coil shoe? Thank you

The above photo is only PART of the pivot bar for a Unishield window. (It broke and the other end is still in the window frame.) The piece shown is 1 3/8 inches long, 1/2 inch at the widest part, I see no markings on it. The window frame had two stickers on it that might help you. I've attached ... (cont.)

Hello we need help identifying a replacement for these parts the window sash/channel balance (the white plastic parts inside the window), and the pivot bar to match. Please let me know if you need more photos or info!

This piece of the window is broken and I am looking to see where can I get a replacement or how I can possibly fix this issue. The window cannot open since the attachment in the second foto is broken which makes it heavy to pull up or down.
