5in arm. I can't find any markings on the crank itself. The part that goes against the window is around 5 1/4in.

Looking for the black slide for the window arm.

Looking for the two parts that connect to the ends of this product. Looks like a c- clip and a black plastic piece that is now cracked.

The operator jams at the last 1" position when closing preventing the window from fully closing. If I use force it feels like the gears are slipping. The operator was made in 2001 and the part numbers I see are as follows: - straight arm 41011 - swivel arm 31876
