I'm looking to replace these parts on several windows. They are an older style and are still working well other than some wear and tear on these parts. Any help in locating these replacement parts or a suitable upgrade part would be appreciated.

Hi. I found the thumb lever on your site but can't find this plastic tilt latch itself. Here's a picture of what I need. The windows are 23 years old.

Note arm at bottom of spring. This is screwed to the underside of the sash. Top of spring is just screwed to the top of the frame. Windows are from about 1952. Weight of sash is 7 1/2 pounds. Length is about 20 inches and the diameter of the spring shell is 5/8 inches. All as noted in the pictures. ... (cont.)

Old Merillat cabinet from before I moved in (1998). I'd guess from the 80's. The socket set cracked and I ordered a replacement, not realizing the portion that connects to the wall had these odd plugs.

This is a (1936) wood double hung window. The coil is 3/8" and the channel in the sash appears to be 1/2". Would a series 400 spiral balance work? (The description says for aluminum windows). The channel has imprinted "33B BSI TH" The Shoe has imprinted "Pat #s 6,679,000 // 4,610,108 // D467,490" The clip at the top of the shoe gave way, releasing the channel/spring from the window sash. This photo is a spiral balance 29 inches long by 1/2 wide with a bottom bracket that measures 1-3/4 inch by 3/8 inch. Would a replacement of a series 400 balancer with a bracket #14 work as a replacement? If not, could you recommend one.
