We are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and are looking for spring balances for wooden single-sash windows (non-tilting) installed in 1954 when the building was constructed. We would need a minimum of three balances (preferably four) for the two windows, since there is only one balance ? i.e., ... (cont.)

The window brand name is Mastic. I do not know how old they are. I cannot open my window because the window falls forward as the locking mechanism is missing. I'm hoping you have a replacement part.

Do you have any replacement window latcheslike this? Also do you have any sliders that would work with it?

There doesn't appear to be any indication on the window of who the manufacturer is. The external dimensions are 2/34"x3/4". Thanks for your help

These windows were installed over 25 years ago. I am looking to order part 26-107 and 26-116. I am struggling to find the tilt latch replacement, photos attached. What kind of spiral rod should I use to replace the old ones? How do I remove the old ones? The old spiral rods are 7/16" in diameter and 22" long.

I am looking for a white plastic clip that snaps into the bottom of the window to hold the window screen tight in track. There is no screwing involved. It simply snaps into the bottom. Thank you for your assistance with this. I am having no luck any where.

These are the "sliders" used to lock and unlock the sash when you tilt the window out to clean it. On the top sash, they are visible, but on the lower sash, they are hidden under a panel which is screwed on for "looks", but they appear to be the same. 22-261 is the wrong part for us. We need something that looks like these photos. Left and right side mount top tilt latches - the inter- changeable ones (22-261) just don't fit - they don't drop down in the slot and also the tang with the screw hole is too short.
