82-260 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Pocket Plate, 12"

Trying to get my door to lock. We bought the house and haven't been able to lock the patio door since. Here are some pictures, the part that goes on the frame that the lock part is suppose to grab on to, seems to be the wrong fit. Please help!

This lock had two prongs. One broke off. I just need the little lock handle and what ever goes with it. The picture shows the complete handle I originally ordered. Thanks

Hi, I have a broken locking mechanism and handle for sliding glass door. The etching on the glass says it's a Gaurdian sliding glass door and when I googled them it brought me to your website. I'm hoping I can replacement parts for this door.

Hello Please advise what part number to purchase to replace Dead Latch/Lock. Think it is Product Number 82-260. After attempting to adjust, will not latch properly.Lock handle appears to be loose..not sure If I have to replace that part as well.

I have a Pozzi sliding patio door and need the handle/lock. The screw holes are 3-7/8" O.C. the door thickness is 1-5/8" wood plus a 3/8" aluminum cladding. the edge of door mortise is 6" high with a radius profile top and bottom. MI have included pictures of this.
