What do you suggest to replace this mortise lock and keeper. The backset on your 82-260 is not as deep as mine. Also My back set has right angles while yours is tapered.

I bought the 82-265 and it isn't long enough to match up to my holes.

Door locking mechanism broke. Not the handle or the price you switch to lock the door. Just the inside price that locks the door. It doesn't drop down enough to latch .
