This is a Gorell sliding patio door. The door is locking itself when it is closed. We believe the part we need is the multi-point mortise lock with 12? plate. My lock keeps locking upon closing. The only markings on the lock are "this side up" and "SA" stamped onto it. Ithe lock is 9 inches with a 12 inch cover/faceplate to it. The double latch are bout 7 inches when in the locked position. Thanks.

Bought house 4 years ago. Both sliding doors have this handle and lock. The family room one does not connect anymore and does not lock. We tried moving the stick plate, but it does not "connect". Attached are photos of my sliding glass door lock. It is very similar to your part no 82-265, only slightly larger. The distance between the main 2 mounting screw holes is 12", it is 12.5" long over all, and is 1" wide. Do you have one of these? Thanks!

I have the paperwork for a PD3000 double mortise patio sliding door. The locking mortise is rusted and has become inoperable. The paperwork list this part as a PM520A. The keeper is part PM530.
