82-260 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Pocket Plate, 12"

Locking lever broke-off of the sliding door latch and locking mechanism, seeking replacement. Length 12 1/2" X 1" Thick X Depth 1 1/2".

I need a replacement for a latch on a vinyl door, 12 inches center to center. The old lock consists of a cover plate and a mortise lock 1 1/16 inches deep (see photos). I ordered part number 82-239 because the screws on the mortise lock are on 9 7/8 inch centers, but it does not work. Which part do ... (cont.)

Unable to lock my sliding doors the flat shaft on the keyed cylinder is broken on 2 of my 3 doors, the slot that the shaft goes into on the knob side is also broken and the engaging pin on the other lockset does not spring forward the engage into the metal latch cleats on the jamb side.
