Hello, I have a sliding patio door that was a custom order from either Harvey or Anderson (I cannot find a model number / brand sticker). I can no longer engage the latch, so need a replacement. there are 2 pics (best i could get) that show some of the model number.

Hi, The handle fell off our sliding door. We do not know the manufacturer of the door and would like to identify a replacement part. I'm attaching some photos of the handle and the door. Thanks!

The locking knob assembly broke and needs to be replaced. The inner piece in the sliding door is 12" on center for mounting screws. It is from 2015.

The lock lever fell out. Is it possible to just replace the lever, or do I need to replace the entire handle system? Can you provide links to parts if you have them?

This is on a Guardian Sliding Glass door. We really don't need the face plate unless it comes together.

The handle snapped off my JeldWen glass slider. The handle was replaced by Jeld Wen but one of the two parts of the handle mechanism into which the handle fits broke right under the top screw. Hi I'm here replacing the clyinder keys, but when I try to lock them they stuck in the locked position. Until I press the little release they then can unlock. Am I able to take the unit apart or do I need a new one? I feel like it could happen to the new one as well?

So the mechanism seems to not work I can unlock and lock it but the upper hook stay outside and then the sliding door get stuck I want to order new mechanism (the thing inside)
