LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENT HANDLE

This is on a Guardian Sliding Glass door. We really don't need the face plate unless it comes together.

The handle snapped off my JeldWen glass slider. The handle was replaced by Jeld Wen but one of the two parts of the handle mechanism into which the handle fits broke right under the top screw. Hi I'm here replacing the clyinder keys, but when I try to lock them they stuck in the locked position. Until I press the little release they then can unlock. Am I able to take the unit apart or do I need a new one? I feel like it could happen to the new one as well?

So the mechanism seems to not work I can unlock and lock it but the upper hook stay outside and then the sliding door get stuck I want to order new mechanism (the thing inside)

We had our door and handle installed in 2009. The TRUTH lock broke and we need a full replacement. Hello, need handle to fit or replace Pella double mortise lock.

I am looking for a replacement for the pictures I've attached. The mortise lock is approx. 12 1/2" in overall length, and approx. 12" from center to center of holes. There are two patten numbers stamped on lock, # 6.264.252 and # 5.820.170. The handles are 8 1/2" total length with bolt c to c of app ... (cont.)

Roughly 12.5" from end to end, recessed into the door. I am not sure if I need a new mortise or a new lock/handle. The door lock needs to be jiggled up and down for it to unlock. Any ideas on what needs replaced? thanks!
