We had our door and handle installed in 2009. The TRUTH lock broke and we need a full replacement. I don't have an image of it installed because the repair guy yanked it out of the door before I could get a picture. The piece says Truth Hardware, Patent Pending, 2PT-104. Thanks for your help! Hello, need handle to fit or replace Pella double mortise lock.

I am looking for a replacement for the pictures I've attached. The mortise lock is approx. 12 1/2" in overall length, and approx. 12" from center to center of holes. There are two patten numbers stamped on lock, # 6.264.252 and # 5.820.170. The handles are 8 1/2" total length with bolt c to c of app ... (cont.)

Roughly 12.5" from end to end, recessed into the door. I am not sure if I need a new mortise or a new lock/handle. The door lock needs to be jiggled up and down for it to unlock. Any ideas on what needs replaced? thanks!

Need door handle to fit this lock

The latch has a very hard time unlocking. I put silicone grease to loosen it, but still doesn't unlock easily. It locks quite easily. Please suggest methods to fix it. Suggest alternative if it cannot be fixed. thanks
